The resort had an enormous pool and a broad beach front, which allowed us to enjoy several activities during the weekend. We also appreciated the comfortable rooms with a perfect view of the surroundings. the staff was hospitable and always ready to assist.
Sadly, we were disappointed when we discovered that the resort did not provide any transportation service from the airport. It was inconvenient since we were unfamiliar with the area and we had to manage finding our way around.

A fabulous hotel except we had to change rooms twice as they smelt strongly of mould . Once we had a good room our holiday there was magic and we will defiantly be going back.

The bar on site was great, and the pool was amazing. Rewritten: They have a great bar here and the pool is fantastic, plus it's just a quick 15-minute drive to the ancient town. We really enjoyed our time at this place.

The location was nice. There was also a big pool. The breakfast buffet was nice.
To summarize: The communication was bad. The english skills are bad for all the staff members and in some situations there was no communication. As small example the shuttle was 45 minuzes to late and they told us nothing and after we asked they answered that it will arrive in 5 minutes (arrived then 30 minutes later) and they also moved the stop area of the shuttel without telling us. Then they where some reconstruction works which generated some noise, but I think this is a good idea, because you can see the age on a lot of details. With a small effort to improve the english skills of the staff and renew some parts of the ressort this could be a great place.

Good infrastructure, huge swimming-pool, frequent free shuttle to Hoi-An
First of all, the pick-up service at the Airport of Tainan arrived too late. I pay up (USD 25.00 one way) because I want somebody waiting at the exit of the airport with my name-shield - but instead i got bothered by the abusive taxi drivers while looking for my pick-up service for 20 min. Secondly, the service-culture and language skills of the staff is surprisingly poor. I noticed that in about 70% of my requests the answer was no, we can not, you can not, we don't know without helping to find a solution or offer an alternative. I usually got an unspoken "help yourself - i don't care". It's also very common that you get a "yes yes" and then they walk away because they don't understand you at all. Unfortunately, there was no beach-access because of a taifun that washed away all the sand. There were some heavy works ongoing to repair the damage. In 10 min. walking distance you will find a big public beach with a nice and friendly atmosphere. Why didn't the hotel just put some armchairs there and reserve them for their guests? Or at least tell me about this place? Over all, a place that I can not recommend to my friends. As a Swiss Citizien I feel sad about the fact that this hotel abuses the name "Swiss Belhotel". This place is definitely not what somebody expects if he is looking for Swiss quality. Furthermore, there is no Swiss Staff nor some Staff that was trained in a Swiss Hotel Management School. I heard the Manager was from Brunei and the F&B-Manager from New Zealand. Doesn't sound promising, true?

The exclusive amenities of this hotel left me feeling absolutely luxurious and pampered. As a traveler who values privacy, the private facilities provided were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. the location advantage was also impressive, ensuring that I was able to explore the beautiful surrounding area with ease.
Despite sending multiple emails, I never received the remainder of the deposit back.

Friendly and very service minded staff Nice location on the beach and close to hoi an.
Some parts of the resort need a little clean up and refurbishing to be able to continue to compete with other hotels in the area, eg. Children's pool area and the childrens room Other than that it was very comfortable and nice.

This beachfront resort offers a prime location, right on the beach unlike other resorts in the center of Vietnam. the rooms are well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. the breakfast buffet is impressive, offering a wide selection of delicious options. the resort features a great pool and water play area for children, providing plenty of entertainment for families.
The prices at the on-site restaurants and mini bar are quite high, which may be off-putting for some guests.

Enjoyed the serene environment and the breathtaking views offered from the outdoor pool and the courtyard. Appreciated the friendly staff, as they were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. loved the complementary bikes that were quite helpful in making our nearby grocery trips more convenient.
The bed charges were almost the same amount we spent on the whole trip, not to mention the almost non-existent staff in the kid's club that was not easily accessible.

Food we ordered at the pool was terrible, we had couldn't eat most of it and had to send it back. Also had some problems with check in, staff were not very friendly. Overall an ok place, but prob not worth te amount you pay.
